About me:

I was born in Texas and reared in North Carolina by Yankees. My dad was a Marine and my family moved to New Bern when I was one year of age. One of my early childhood memories is rubbing my parents' head or feet. It was just something I did.  I received my massage training through Isothermal Community College in Polk County in 2021 and started the LLC in March of 2022. 

I enjoy being outside and feel so much more content when I'm in a tent and have "my ears to the earth".  I also enjoy petting puppy dogs, sitting with the cat, laughing at the chickens, mucking after horses, waking up to birdsong, and detecting the vicinity of coyotes when they gather in the dark.

My work experience spans from cashier, fast food, teaching, nurses assistant, landscaping, and now massage. I attempt to tailor each session to my client's needs and can call on a number of modalities to do so.  For example, with my client's permission, I could use hot stones, cupping tools, deep tissue, reflexology, and prayer during your session.

Mother's Hands Therapeutic Massage LLC is registered in North Carolina and is primarily a travel massage business. In other words, we come to you..... whether it's at your home, business, or a beautiful outdoor setting.

I also work through Ocracoke Wellness Collective and The Spa at Waterloo in Creswell for those who prefer a spa experience.  If you are a senior citizen, I volunteer with the seniors at Tyrrell and Chowan County Senior Centers.
